We comprehensively scope the project for you. Drawing on our years of operational experience, our warehouse consultants have an eye for catching potential challenges while scoping out excellent facilities and the best solution for you. Navigating the selection process, we leverage previous experiences to ask the right questions to ensure that any providers we suggest can deliver precisely what you seek. We’ll identify and troubleshoot any risks as early on as possible.
We quickly source several suitable options and a list of critical considerations for each. We highlight risks and benefits at the outset to help you make an informed decision. Our team will discuss their recommendations with you while remaining impartial.
Once you’ve selected a solution, we will coordinate with your provider to get the ball rolling as quickly as possible. We will manage the arrangement of site visits, build a strategy, troubleshoot any technical issues, negotiate the commercial terms and set up the contracts, and coordinate your migration. We will provide regular feedback during this time, keeping you in the loop at every stage.
We will get your operation live exceptionally quickly if required. Once contracts are signed and the migration is complete, we will continue to oversee the project during the settling-in period to ensure all is according to plan. Once the operation operates as intended, we move on to the steady state phase.
We remain your point of contact for the contract, reporting on performance and ensuring all pre-agreed KPIs and goals are consistently met. We will also support you in implementing any operational tweaks. As your contract ends, we will help you source a new storage solution or negotiate another contract with your current provider.
