We comprehensively scope the project for you. Drawing on our years of operational experience, our warehouse consultants have an eye for catching potential challenges while scoping out prime facilities and the best solution for you. Navigating the selection process, we leverage previous experiences to ask the right questions to ensure any providers we suggest can deliver precisely what you are looking for. We’ll identify and troubleshoot any risks as early on as possible.
Once you’ve selected a solution, we will coordinate with your provider to get the ball rolling as quickly as possible. We will manage the arrangement of site visits, build a strategy, troubleshoot any technical issues, negotiate the commercial terms and set up the contracts, and coordinate your migration. We will provide regular feedback during this time, keeping you entirely in the loop at every stage.
We will get your operation live extremely quickly, if required. Once contracts are signed and the migration is complete, we will continue to oversee the project during the settling-in period, to ensure all is according to plan. Once we’re confident the operation is operating as intended, we move on to the steady state phase.
We remain your point of contact for the duration of the contract, reporting on performance and ensuring all pre-agreed KPIs and goals are met consistently. We will also support you in implementing any operational tweaks. As your contract comes to a close, we will help you source a new storage solution or negotiate another contract with your current provider.
The suppliers and partners in our network haven’t paid us to promote their property, so you can be confident we will match your requirements with the best suited suppliers and facilities out there – and you can rest assured that if we’ve put them on your shortlist, we’re confident they will deliver.
We take care of contract development and commercial negotiations using industry standard Terms and Conditions of Storage as deployed by the United Kingdom Warehousing Association (UKWA), this ensures all contracts are written in your language whilst we secure the best commercial deal for you and your business.
The search and selection process is free of charge to all of our customers, so you incur no charges whatsoever until you are fully operational and all services are underway, so there really isn’t anything to lose.
